1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

a. Eligible Products

  • Non-perishable items such as chicken coops, feeders, and other equipment are eligible for return or exchange if they are unused and in their original condition.
  • Livestock, live animals, and perishable products (e.g., eggs, food) are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of health or quality concerns identified at the time of delivery or pickup.

b. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  • For defective or damaged items, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Live animals (e.g., chickens, pigs, goats, sheep, peacocks).
  • Consumable products such as poultry feed, eggs, and other perishable goods.
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom-built coops).

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process:

  2. Provide photos and a detailed explanation if the product is defective or damaged.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For large or heavy items (e.g., coops), additional fees may apply for return logistics.
